The Intelligence Management & Strategy Workshop combines Hawk experts and thought-leadership on sources & intelligence practices with a process for examining clients’ Intelligence Management practices.
Conducted in a number of iterative sessions the process highlights the strengths, weaknesses and needs of clients’ intelligence sourcing and management practices, to establish a platform to:
- Learn how to improve current practices;
- Establish a more structured system centred around a defined Intelligence Strategy;
- Prioritise the areas for change, training, and investment;
- Introduce solutions that will yield more effective and cost-efficient source and management of intelligence;
- Build an aligned and committed client team that can maximize the strategic value of intelligence management;
- Introduce an effective structured system for managing the Intelligence Value Chain.
The Intelligence Management & Strategy Workshop cycle is broken into a number of phases which vary in duration according to the type of client organisation. The cycle establishes a path that conducts a diagnostic assessment, identifies and evaluates the current intelligence practices and works with a client to establish appropriate solutions.
