We take privacy very seriously at Hawk ISM and our privacy policy reflects this in our clear non-use of collecting personal data for any purposes other than those defined here:

- To access Level 2 information on this site users must register and we ask for a limited amount of personal data to be supplied. This information is used only for the purposes of vetting an individual or organisation in order to provide their access validation

- This personal information is not used in any other way other than for the above

- The information we have is then stored in a secure location and is only accessible by the site administrator, who is under further confidentiality obligations imposed by Hawk ISM (as is the case with all team members)

- We take extreme precaution in securing this data and the facilities that house it
